Technical requirements for type 30 numerical control filling machine

1. Product technical requirements

2. Equipment technical requirement

2.1  Equipment technical requirement

2.2  Equipment operation requirements

2.2.1 The equipment, frame and fuselage adopt cabin type structure, welded by arc steel plate, eliminate the overall processing after stress, and ensure that the equipment has enough strength, rigidity and stability;

2.2.2 Each station is arranged on the turntable and driven by a servo motor through a 

synchronous belt;

2.3 Equipment control requirement

2.3.1  The rotating disk is driven by a servo motor;

2.3.2  The pneumatic components of the equipment are made by AIRTAC company, and the pneumatic circuit is stable, clean, lubricated and adjusted;

2.3.3  The operation screen for Wei Lun seven inch touch screen, controlled by MITSUBISHI PLC;

2.3.4  The equipment control system shall have automatic counting function, which can accurately count the number of processes.

2.4  Equipment, spare parts, material requirements

2.4.1  Each part of the equipment parts surface treatment necessary according to the actual working condition, working environment, such as electroplating, blackening, quenching, carburizing, electrostatic spraying, to meet the needs of member has enough strength and surface function;

2.4.2  Control cabinet air switch with Japan's Fuji air switch, Schneider button, the main electrical components selection switch, an intermediate relay using OMRON products, in order to ensure de accuracy, stability and reliability of the control system, the control circuit should be equipped with overload protection function;
