4.4 Six-roll frame straightener:According to rotating and op-bending principle, straighten tube with high precision. It prepares for the milling machine. After straightening, the milling machine reduces milling depth remarkably, improves the productivity and finish quality. Six straightening rollers arrange in cross, the inclining angle adjusted by screw.

4.5 Planetary Surface Milling Machine:It is to remove surface oxidation and casting slag from the skin of the continuous casting copper tube. In the front of milling cutter, there is guiding section orient copper exactly, so reduces milling depth and eliminates vibration. Cutters can be step-less adjustable,so a set of cutter can fit any depth and different sizes of tube, this does not only raise productivity but also reduce the kind of cutter and its stockpile. In the milling export set with scrap device can removal copperscrap;using one milling cutter and the combination of the two supporting roller structure of milling cutter is 12.0 mm wide.Under the condition of the cutter wear or replacement, only adjust the Rocker arm, it can be continue to milling, improve work efficiency, reduce the cutter type, inventory and replace time.

4.6Chip collection device: It is used to collect copper scraps. The milling parts be covered to prevent copper scraps flying out, Adopting spiral accept flocks device to collect automatically, make the separation of scraps and emulsionautomatically.

4.7Electric control system: In order to meet the process requirements, control strictly the speed of input pinch roller and output pinch roller to make them synchronize and match the speed of straightening. It contains the control of lubrication and cooling section’s open and close; the control of the surface milling machine’s open, close and its rotating direction; the control of the straightening machine’s open, close and its rotating direction; the control of the pinch roller motor’s open, close and its rotating direction; pneumatic system.

The electric control system composed by the console, low voltage electrical components use well-known brands (LS, Schneider, etc.).Terminal using phoenix, relay using Omron and other international first-class brand; the quality is stable and reliable.The electronic control system hardware configuration is simple and reliable, make the electric control system has high reliability, has provided the safeguard for the long-term stable operation, also provide convenience for equipment maintenance.

4.8 Lubrication, cooling and pneumatic system: It contains lubrication station, cooling station and its piping line, pneumatic system’s parts and piping line. The surface milling machine uses oil to lubricate, to make sure the inside of bearings and gears are fully lubricated, and others are solid oils. Cooling system is used to cool the milling cutter and eliminate copper slag.

6. PAINTING SPECIFICATION

The machinery and equipment as supplied will normally be painted with one coat of rust preventative followed by one coat of machine enamel as follow:

-- Thin-green (GREEN + YELLOW) for the mechanical equipment.

--Yellow for moveable parts.

--computer white (THIN-GRAY) for the control panels and switch cabinet.

 

7.1 The Final Acceptance Trial shall be conducted as soon as a successful installation and commissioning of the machines has been finished without undue delay. The results of the final acceptance trial shall be recorded properly and signed by representatives of both parties. The Buyer shall issue Final Acceptance Certificate within 5 days upon successful completion of the tests without undue delay.

7.3The machine will be tested as follow:

-  Quality requirement: No oxidation on the surface and other crack and scratch that may affect the product quality(except the affect of casting billet).

-Operation 48 hours

-Production capacity:≥3000kg / hour, same, 24tons / 8 working hours

-  Size of milled tube:Φ90×23mm

The equipment is regarded as pass the acceptance test if the above items can be achieved. Both parties should sign the acceptance certificate and the warranty period starts.

Note: The above mentioned production will be effected considering that the operator has to be qualified and will have to follow the instructions of our supervisor.

If the result of the test is not reach the requested productivity, seller takes right to test the machine with own operator.

Before rejecting, seller will have right to modify the necessary devices and reach the requested performance within the maximum period of three months.

4Structural Features

This rolling mill is mainly composed of pickand stop device, mandrel bar input system, billet feeding system, 3-roll planetary rolling mill, tube outgoing table, clamp and bending device, vertical coiler and electrical control system, hydraulic system, lubricating system, cooling system as well aspneumatic system, etc.

4.1The input system:The pickand stop device, Mandrel feeding device, Billet feeding device.

4.1.Pickand stop device:16 Pc billets can be storage in the table. The pneumatic transfer arms move one billet to the billet feedingtable through cylinder.

4.1.2Mandrel bar input system:The mandrel bar is manipulated from the entry side.It is fixed to a thrust block which retains the mandrelbar during the rolling process, returns the mandrelbar at high speed into the back position after rolling,and inserts the mandrel bar into the next hollow forcontinued rolling.Nitrogen gas is blown through the hollow mandrel 

inorder to generate an inert atmosphere at the hotworking area. The tube isclean from oxides.

4.1.3Billet feeding system:Billet ingoing and carriage back driven by motor through chains, there are tube support roller and mandrel support roller be installed on the table bed by bolt. Use double row of chain.

4.2Planetary rolling mill:consists of driven device,base frame and supportingdevice、Inlet guide device, Stator, Rotor, Roller heads, , protecting hood and cooling device.

4.2.1

Driven device: Includesmain, auxiliary motor and universal coupling. Two motor have speed measuring devices, can realize stepless speed regulation.

4.2.2Base frame and support device: The base is the main installation platform;supporting device and  stator make up the support of the planetary rollingrevolution, stator end as the fixed end, support device for float end.

4.2.3 Inlet guide device: This device is to support as well as guidebillet to go into the rolling zone precisely. Three guiding rolls can rotate along with the advance movement of the billet; also can rotate along with the billet rotation, to reduce the scratch problem on tube surface.

4.2.4Stator:As the dynamic core of the rolling mill, stator transits the torque power from main and auxiliary motors to the roller heads via bevel gear groups and solar gear under the special transmission ration, enabling the rolling units to achieve common revolution around the solar gear and on their own axis, then enabling the roller heads to realize the normal planetary rolling operation.

4.2.5Roll head installed on the rotor.The rotation of the rotor directly formed the revolution of the planetary rolling. Its rotation via solar gear and idle gear drives the gear pair in roller heads, which enables the rolling heads to rotate on their own axis. The another end of the rolling heads are installed on the rotor via the support ring, ensuring the stable rolling operation as well as improving the service life of the rolling mill.

4.2.6It includes gears, radial support, screw-down bar, pressure sleeve and clutch. There are three sets of roll heads which are installed on the rotor frame, distributed in 120° respectively and deviated from their own axis. The roll pass size formed by three roll can adjust by the clutch separately. The size of formed zone surrounded by three roll and the 

mandrel size will determine the tube size after rolling.The five of the total seven bearings in roll head is import(N320EM1、QJ320N2MPA、N322EM1、NU2244M、29344E),the others are Chinese brand.

4.2.7Protecting hood: The rolling of the copper tube must be in the nitrogen gas, so the protecting hood is for sealing the nitrogen gas. At the same time, it will reduce the noise and prevent some small part throwing out in case when rolling.

4.2.8Cooling and lubrication device:The lubrication device is for the bearings and gears. Each branch is equipped with ball valve and flow indicator device, rolling head lubrication branch with a flow meter, with a low flow alarm device.

The cooling device is placed on theprotecting hood. The cooling device is used to cool the rolls and the rolled tube. To get better structure of the copper tube and reduce the temperature of the rolls, the first cooling device adopts the method of annular jet cooling roll and deformation zone for temperature control, in order to reduce roll wear and protect the seal in roll heads. When rolled copper tube pass through a special heat exchangers; the secondary cooling device can lower the temperature of tube to close to the ambient temperature, to prevent the outer surface of the copper tube is oxidation and prevent grain continue to grow up.

 

4 .3  Output system: Outgoing table, Oiling device, Pinch and bending device, vertical coiler.

4.3.1Outgoing table:It is for supporting the rolled copper tube to the Pinch and bending device.

4.3.2Oiling device: Spraying a layer of die oil totube surfaceonline, prevent scratches.

4.3.3Pinch and bending device:clamping, feeding and bending rolled tube.The motor is 5.5KW、1500r/min, the speed is 20m/min.

4.3.4Vertical coiler: This unit has two working positions, two positions have its different functions. One position is to take-up the tube coming from the rolling mill,one position is to pay-off the tube to match the downstream drawing.

4.4Electrical control system: The main motor and auxiliary motor is driven by three sets of SIEMENS 6RA70 reversible DC-drive, which has good dynamic stability to ensure the rolled tube without twist. This system can achieve the function of emergency stop.

The speed among tube outgoing, bending device and coiler has high synchronous accuracy, to ensure tube without tension or accumulation. All driving systems including main motor, auxiliary motor, bending and coiling are equipped with GBP communication board, to achieve data and instructions transmission from PLC by PROFIBUS-DP. The communications among DC drive, frequency control, remote I/O and man-machine 

interface PT270 form an entire net of SINEC L2-DP and MPI, which has high reliability.

The low voltage electrical components use well-known brands (LS, Schneider, etc.).Terminal using phoenix, relay using Omron and other international first-class brand; the quality is stable and reliable.The electronic control system hardware configuration is simple and reliable, make the electric control system has high reliability, has provided the safeguard for the long-term stable operation, also provide convenience for equipment maintenance.

4.5 The hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication & cooling system consists of station, piping system, control valve, etc. select Taiwan or Chinaqualified components.

4.5.1 Hydraulic system: Hydraulic station adopts the variable vane pumpas power supply. It consists of vane pump, oil suction filter, oil back filter, valve group, cooler,accumulator, level controller, pressure gauge and electric contact thermometer, etc.

4.5.2Lubrication system:Adopts gear pump group as power station, 200 l/min, 7.5 KW, with double pump work shift (one is working and another is standby).The lubrication station consists of two sets of gear pump, check valve, double filters(can realize non-stop switching), cooler, safety valve, oil and water separator, also equipped with liquid level, pressure and oil temperature control element, which can realize the automatic control of the liquid level, pressure and oil temperature.Oil returning piping is equipped with magnetic filter.

4.5.3 Cooling system: Cooling system use two different concentrations of emulsion pond. Each pondhave different emulsionconcentration to meet the different demand of rolling condition, reduce the cost. The using switch of pond is controlled by gate valve, operate easily.

There are two separate cooling systems,one is for roller cooling, and another is for tube. Each one is equipped with two sets of pump (one is working and another is standby), plate heat-exchanger, safety valve, level controller and electric contact pressure gauge. It can realize automatic control of liquid level and pressure.

During the erection and start-up, seller gives his supervision 2 or 3 person for about 60 days.

- Hotel, food and transportation for the seller’s people is by the buyer

- Round air tickets for the seller’s people is by the buyer

-In case customer require extend seller’s supervisors presence on site to help their production, all costs for board and lodging will be at Customer’s charge plus a sum of USD200 per every day.

4.2.1 Unwinding LoopUsed to detect the tube location of the vertical winding machine, adjust the drawing speed .

4.2.5 Drawing machine

The drawing machine has the two cams driven by DC motor, which are assembled on the same shaft and phase alternation in 180°. The two cams drive the drawing units moving forward and backward alternately. Carriage body use whole forging and welding, increase the thickness of carriage cover plate, then closed, improve the car strength and service life.Use double nut to lock and fix, convenient and reliable.

The main drawing unitis installed on one big base(the base is rectangular steel material), the overall base with functions of grease, oil discharge, also easy to install and adjust.Tensile mold base use half automatic self-aligning spherical structure.Use thin oil to lubricate and cool circulation circularly, and equipped with electric contact pressure gauge, protect the guide rail effectively.

There set a horizontal cross five roller passive straight device in entry of drawing, control V opening and closingby the handwheel, adapt to different specifications.

4.2.6Cooling device:Cool the tube Onlineafter drawing, prevent surface oxidation for next drawing, compressed ringsblow-dry the surface of tube; ringspraying, type water cooling, sprayorientationcontrary to the orientation of drawing to prevent cooling water flowing to inner bore of tube.

4.2.7Drawing speed compensation device

It make the multi-ply drawing synchronized, storing online and speed control with closed loop, making speed synchronized, using rolling supporting when meet the copper, protect the copper surface.

4.2.8 Cutting deviceAccording to the preset length, cut flattening head with hydraulic shears. Guide sleeve hole use hard chromium plating treatment, anti-rust, improve the surface smooth.

4.2.10Horizontal coil device:It consists of lifter and revolver with brake, It including bend device, baskets rotation and lift device, online synchronous coil.Basket size:Φ3050㎜.

4.2.11Guide Rolls:It is composed of double row active roller, transferred the basket out.

4.3Electric control systemIt supply power resource to the machine, including Electrical cabinets, control cabinet, power cabinet, Suspension operation box.

4.3.1Drive system device

Two main drawing machine drive by two D.C driver, with Siemens 6RA70 Drive system device of digital D.C to make steplessspeed, using encoderfeedbackspeed, through PROFIBUS-DP to transfer data and control command, this protective system can show many kinds of malfunction alarm.

The speed of bending motor and rotate motor can change according the speed of main motor of drawing, speed synchronization finish through PLC,drive system device and AC-drives.

In the TP277human-computer interface, there is technological parametermodification, system monitor, indication of malfunction.

According the specification of coil Motor from customer, match relevant control system (including speed control device)

4.3.2 PLC system

Choosing Siemens S7-300 product to finish the whole interlock control and work of DP Network Communications, PLC has high speed and good communication, wide I/O address search. Using bus connectionstructure, no prescribed address, electric system connect the PLC, set with I/O device, monitoring all the process by PLC, operated through TP277 user Interface, push button, instrument, exchange data with PLC through special wire. All the whole system work can be see on the TP27 man-machine interface and is convenient to change the system parameters.

4.3.3Machine working procedure control all the automatic program, including start and stop ,interlock, work shift etc.

4.3.4Pump station and AC system

PLC control lubrication station, hydraulic power unit through I/O, including Pump station DC start  & stop, interlockpressure, liquid level, temperature, It uses PLC to process the logic control. PLC can make appropriate treatmentin case of accident.

4.3.5Master control and states display

I/O module receives and dispose master controller which from operation box, transfer it to PLC, PLC can control the Master controller according the interlock condition.

4.3.6Fault detects and alarms

PLC Select Data of DC drive and AC drive system, confirm the part of system in normal condition, PLC will protect and warning according the working state when detect the fault.

4.3.7Closed loop speed device

Photoelectronswitch detect the storing device loop, control and adjust the two drawing 

motor and coil motor through I/O, with input correction, make the independent adjustment for main motor, non-interfering, it can also adjusted by manually operation.

4.3.8Monitor system

Display the working state as well as data, date can be saved when power off. Data display:working state, power-supply system ,hydraulicsystem and drive system.

4.3.9Auto Setting

Set the specification automatically, only input the size of billet and finished products, this unit can display the specification which is suit to the drawing speed, adjust it, then working automatically.

4.3.10 Drawing speed

Set the speed of main drawing machine and display the speed, revise the speed of DC machine, display armature current and field current of DC motor, display the drawing speed and current dynamic curve.

4.3.11 Fault monitor

 Monitoringthe coil speed fault, Loop adjust fault, outgoing (bend, rotate) fault.

4.3.12 Suspension type operation box

To choose control mode by operating this box,display:main motor,take-up motor and Manual Speed, automaticadjust;hydraulic system operation; emergency stop operation, auxiliary operation; striking, straightening, state display and alarm, meet theoperation requirement.

4.4Hydraulic & Lubrication & Pneumatic System

This system includes hydraulic station, piping line, element of gas piping. Gearbox is lubricated with thin oil and the machine lubricated with drying oil.Main component: hydraulic power unit, multi- valve stand device, pointer device hydraulic system, valve and piping of pneumatic System, nitrogen filling tools.

4.4.1 Hydraulic system

Include pump station, valve device, cooling device, piping line. Main hydraulic system and plunger cylinderworks together to make continuous drawing and assure the stability.

Usemultistagefilter: suction net filter, pressureline filter and scavenge filter, the precision of pressureline filter is 10μm.

Using panel cooler, all the hydraulic station withmanometer, liquid-level control component,temperature control component, control the whole system automatically.

4.4.2Hydraulic system of Point machine

It is independent station, the upmost working pressure can up to 25 Mpa. Withpressure and tankindicator component, also equip pressure detection, protecting the point machine and hydraulic system.

4.2.3Pneumatic System: It controls the pneumatic cylinders of the whole drawing machine. The system consists of air treatment FR, pneumatic valves andaccessories.

6. PAINTING SPECIFICATION

The machinery and equipment as supplied will normally be painted with one coat of rust preventative followed by one coat of machine enamel as follow:

-- Thin-green (GREEN + YELLOW) for the mechanical equipment.

--Yellow for moveable parts.

--computer white (THIN-GRAY) for the control panels and switch cabinet.

7.1 The Final Acceptance Trial shall be conducted as soon as a successful installation and commissioning of the machines has been finished without undue delay. The results of the final acceptance trial shall be recorded properly and signed by representatives of both parties. The Buyer shall issue Final Acceptance Certificate within 5 days upon successful 3

completion of the tests without undue delay.

7.2The machine will be tested as follow:

Tube size:≤Φ49±2×2.5±0.2mm;

Finish size after 1# drawing:~Φ39×1.9mm;

Finish size after 2# drawing:~Φ33×1.6mm;

Speed of 1# drawing:≤60m/min(stepless speed)

Speed of 2# and 3# drawing::≤100m/min(stepless speed)

Capacity:≥60T/day(≥2.5T/h,24h/day),Except clamp, out mold and core head replacing time.

Surface: Smooth inside and outside spiral lines without affect to further drawing,No

scratch, lap, darkline, crack, bamboo mark, twist, bump, no obvious oxidation color andotherharmful defects effects the quality of the final products.

The equipment is regarded as pass the acceptance test if the above items can be achieved. Both parties should sign the acceptance certificate and the warranty period starts.

Note: The above mentioned production will be effected considering that the operator has to be qualified and will have to follow the instructions of our supervisor.

If the result of the test is not reach the requested productivity, seller takes right to test the machine with own operator.

Before rejecting, seller will have right to modify the necessary devices and reach the requested performance within the maximum period of three months.

 

8. During the erection and start-up, seller gives his supervision 2 or 3 person for about 60 days.

- Hotel, food and transportation for the seller’s people is by the buyer

- Round air tickets for the seller’s people is by the buyer

-In case customer require extend seller’s supervisors presence on site to help their production, all costs for board and lodging will be at Customer’s charge plus a sum of USD200 per every day.
